Even MORE St. Patrick’s Day Family Fun Ideas & Recipes
It’s not too late! Still haven’t thought of something fun to do tomorrow with the kids to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Well, the luck of the Irish be with you. Here are some last-minute, but worth-the-wait, ideas.
Funky Green Food

I’m totally making the Picky Palate’s Lucky Green Velvet Baby Cakes for tomorrow.
My son was just saying that he wanted a Shamrock Shake yesterday and viola, I see the Homesteading Housewife’s recipe for a Shamrock Shake. It looks delicious and more importantly, easy to make.
Finally, make any food Leprechaun-ish with these fun St. Patrick Day printables from Gourmet Mom on-the-Go. Print out the Leprechaun’s head and feet and stick them in pancakes, cupcakes, or I like green mashed potatoes.

For some silly entertainment at St. Patrick’s Day dinner, download this Super-cute, Super-Fun FREE family conversation cards from the HappyHomeFairy.com.
Here is a St. Patrick’s Day family tradition idea I saw over at Tip Junkie. What I love about it is that it’s fun for the kids by asking them to be sneaky and tricky like a leprechaun but all in the name of doing something nice for another person. Leprechaun’s are sneaky but no one said they can’t do sneaky NICE things for other people.

Here’s a great idea for toddlers. Make a Leprechaun Walk Book. Print the book out, color it, write in the words and then watch the Leprechaun walk through the story you’ve made. A great idea from the Let’s Explore site.
A big Thank You to all of the Creative Mom Bloggers who provide these recipes and free downloads to us busy Moms. I know you inspire me and make my life easier. Now, let’s go have some fun!
