Last Minute New Year’s Eve Ideas for the Family
Still not sure what to do today or tonight to celebrate New Year’s Eve with the kids? Here are some last minute suggestions to bring on the fun.
If you live in the Chicagoland area and have little kids, head on over to Make A Messterpiece today for their New Year’s Eve Kiddie Countdown Celebration. From 9 a.m – 1 p.m., they will be having all kinds of fun activities to help you and your little ones ring in the New Year with a mess. It’s $18 for the celebration this morning which includes all activities and a balloon drop at noon. Get dressed and head on over now.
If you live in the Milwaukee, WI area, go see the Harlem Globetrotters tonight at 6 p.m. at the Bradley Center. We went to see them last night here in Chicago and the kids LOVED it! I will write a full review on the show later today but take my word for it and go tonight if you can. It’s a blast.
If you don’t live in either of those locations or don’t want to venture out tonight, no worries. Beth, at the Mommy on a Shoestring Blog, was gracious enough to let me submit a guest post on New Year’s Eve Family Fun. Head on over to her blog to get inspired. Beth also took some video of me and our family fun products, that you’ll see at the end of the post. Thanks Beth for featuring my family fun ideas and products!

Finally, I just discovered a fun new site called Hip Hip Horray and they wrote a great post for Daily Candy on New Years Eve Activities for Families. Their New Years Bingo game is super cool.
